Everyone to bring goodies and art to install maybe some tools

Friday August 10  at 5 PM Art & Music in the Park Event-

2 or 3 people to “man” the Art House

3 to 5 or more people to  

   Clean out back room

   Set up tables and  linens other backroom set up

Saturday  Evening August 18th at 6:15 PM 

             All artist arrive with

2 bottles of wine

1 bottle of something non-alcoholic

1 plate of finger food

Broom

All artist stay through end of reception and help clean up and return art house to normal
